• About Willow Wood Villas Owners Association, Inc.

    Willow Wood Villas Owners Association, Inc. is a non-profit tax-exempt corporation chartered in the State of Texas. The association was formed for the purpose of providing for the maintenance, preservation and architectural control of the townhomes within Willow Wood Villas and promoting the safety, health and welfare of its residents.

    The annual assessment collected from each townhome in the complex covers the expenses of the Association. The following contractors are in place:

    HOA Meetings

    Meetings are held online via AT&T Office@Hand Meeting website. Contact Jim Miller (jmiller@CMCTx.com) at CMC at least 72 hours prior to the meeting to obtain a link to the meetings. All meetings start at 6:00PM, except the Annual Meeting.

    Assessments

    Assessments are due on the 1st of each month - Late after the 5th of each month

    • 2025 Monthly Maintenance Assessment amount: $212.67 per unit.
    • 2025 Monthly Blanket Insurance Premium for 1 story unit is $97.16 (Total $308.83)
    • 2025 Monthly Blanket Insurance premium for 2 story unit it $111.32 (Total $323.99)
